This Privacy Policy describes how Element One GmbH ("we", "us"), the operator of moldresponsepros.com (the "Site"), collects, uses and shares information when you visit the Site or call the phone number displayed on it. The Site is a free call-connection service that connects consumers with independent local mold remediation professionals.

- Call information. When you call the number on the Site, we and our call-routing service providers collect your phone number, the date, time and duration of the call, your approximate location (derived from your area code and the page you called from), and the routing outcome. Calls may be recorded and monitored for quality assurance and to verify connections, where permitted by law. Where the law requires, you will hear a recording notice at the start of the call.
- Information you share on a call. Details you describe on the call (such as your name, address, and the nature of your mold issue) are received by the professional or call center you are connected with, and may be processed by our routing providers.
- Site usage data. Our hosting and advertising partners collect standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs and advertising click identifiers (e.g. Google Ads click IDs) to measure and improve our advertising.
2. How We Use Information
- To route your call to an independent mold remediation professional or call network covering your area;
- To measure which advertising led to calls, and to bill or be compensated for connected calls;
- To prevent fraud and abuse, and to enforce quality standards with our partners;
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. How We Share Information
- Service professionals and call networks. Your call, phone number and the details you provide are shared with the independent professional and/or the call marketplace network that connects the call (for example, a licensed call-routing partner covering your zip code). We may be compensated for connected calls.
- Service providers. We use call tracking and routing providers, website hosting and analytics providers who process data on our behalf.
- Legal. We may disclose information to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect rights, safety and property.
Sharing call data with professionals and call networks in exchange for compensation may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under certain U.S. state privacy laws. You can opt out at any time — see Section 5.
4. Cookies and Advertising
The Site itself sets no marketing cookies. Advertising platforms (such as Google Ads) may use cookies or similar technologies to measure the effectiveness of ads that brought you to the Site. You can control cookies in your browser settings and opt out of personalized advertising at adssettings.google.com.

The Site is intended for adults seeking home services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
